What to check before ordering
Delivery estimates include prescription review, lens production, coating, quality control, and carrier transit. Complex prescriptions, progressives, high-index lenses, remakes, prescription questions, and address issues can extend timing.
Customer-facing production options are described as Standard production, Premium production, or Manual prescription review. Internal lab routing is an operations decision and is not a promise that a specific lab or country will be used.
Tracking is provided when available. Carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, weather, customs, and other events outside our control may affect delivery after the package leaves production.
Order review checklist
- Confirm the prescription is current and readable.
- Measure PD or choose to send it later before production.
- Compare frame measurements against a pair that already fits.
- Review lens material and coating choices before submitting.
- Save the order number for tracking and support.
