By submitting an order request, you agree to provide accurate contact, shipping, and prescription information. Prescription eyewear cannot move into production until the prescription is complete and ready for review.
Prices, availability, promotions, shipping methods, and delivery estimates may change before the order is reviewed and finalized. Eligible orders are paid through secure checkout; orders that need review receive a confirmed total before payment. Your payment method is never charged an increased amount without your consent.
EyewearPlatform may refuse or cancel order requests involving incomplete prescriptions, suspected fraud, unsupported lens requests, shipping restrictions, or misuse of the site. These terms do not replace rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
