What to check before ordering
Prices are in US dollars. Frame prices exclude optional lenses, finishes, shipping, and applicable sales tax. Your final itemized total is shown before you authorize payment.
Applicable sales tax is calculated at secure checkout using the delivery address and product tax classification. Prescription and non-prescription eyewear can receive different tax treatment. We do not use one nationwide flat tax rate.
If an order requires review, its displayed total is an estimate. We confirm availability, prescription suitability, shipping, and the final payable total before collecting payment. We do not make unapproved substitutions or increase a paid order without your consent.
Any applicable tax adjustment is included when we issue a refund. Contact support with your order number if you believe a charge or tax calculation is incorrect.
Order review checklist

- Measure PD or choose to send it later before production.
- Compare frame measurements against a pair that already fits.
- Review lens material and coating choices before submitting.
- Save the order number for tracking and support.
