What to check before ordering
We accept orders for delivery within the United States and Canada only. Shipping is charged separately from frames and lenses. All prices and shipping charges are in US dollars.
For US delivery, standard shipping is $10.00 per pair. Premium shipping for our current frame collection is $34.00 per pair. Shipping and any required accessories are confirmed before payment; we do not add unapproved charges afterward.
Canada shipping is estimated at $24.99 per pair for standard or $44.99 for premium. Service availability, remote-area delivery, and final pricing are confirmed before payment. Canadian orders may incur import duties, brokerage charges, or import taxes collected by the carrier; these are not included unless explicitly shown at checkout. We explain any known additional charges before payment.
Prescription review and production happen before shipping. Your expected shipment date and delivery estimate are confirmed before payment. Once dispatched, estimated carrier transit is 8–14 business days for standard shipping or 3–7 business days for premium shipping, where available. Premium shipping does not skip prescription review or production.
We send tracking after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Address questions, prescription clarification, or unusual lens requirements can change the estimate; we will explain the revised timing before proceeding.
If we cannot ship by the date promised, we will contact you with a revised date and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. We will not treat an unanswered delay notice as permission to keep your payment indefinitely.
Check your address before payment. Contact support promptly for an address correction, missing delivery, or damage in transit. Keep the packaging and photographs if a package arrives damaged. Do not return a parcel without the return instructions provided by our team.
Order review checklist

- Measure PD or choose to send it later before production.
- Compare frame measurements against a pair that already fits.
- Review lens material and coating choices before submitting.
- Save the order number for tracking and support.
