Polarized lenses reduce reflected glare from surfaces such as water and pavement, while a standard tint mainly reduces overall brightness. These are distinct features.
Ask about UV protection, tint color, darkness, gradient options, mirror finishes, and whether the lens will be used for driving or a particular activity.
Large or strongly curved frames may require extra prescription review. Compare fit and coverage without assuming every sunglass shape is suitable for every prescription.
