A progressive price target should include the frame, progressive design, material, coatings, shipping, and tax rather than the frame alone.
Entry progressive designs may have narrower usable intermediate or reading zones than premium designs. The lowest price is not the only factor for a first-time or remake-sensitive wearer.
Frame lens height and stable fit are important for placing progressive zones. Avoid choosing a shallow frame solely because it is inexpensive.
Confirm whether the quoted package includes required measurements and what remake review is available if the completed lenses do not perform as expected.
